Nadia Kandchorov is a nurse practitioner with a background in dermatology and aesthetics, where she built a strong foundation in skin health and natural rejuvenation. She values aesthetics for the way it combines science and artistry, helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves in a natural way. She is excited to continue growing in the plastic surgery field.
Mary Horan

Mary is a board-certified physician assistant that started with NYBG Plastic Surgery in early 2022. She received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College of Health Sciences in 2021 after receiving her undergraduate degree in Integrative Neuroscience at SUNY Binghamton in 2017. Mary has been working in plastic surgery since the start of her career and has a passion for not only assisting in the operating room, but her patients post operative recoveries! As a Long Island native, she is happy to be serving her community.
Tess Dokmanovich

Tess Dokmanovich is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in Plastic Surgery. She received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. As a Connecticut native, Tess is excited to serve her local community and provide the highest quality of patient care throughout your weight loss journey.
Ivette Lopez
Surgical Coordinator
Ivette serves as the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Mastroianni, contributing three years of dedicated service to the practice. In this role, she adeptly manages the scheduling of pre-op visits, coordinates and books Dr. Mastroianni’s surgical cases, meticulously handles the calendar, collaborates with the OR staff to ensure precise case bookings, and oversees the procurement of specialized equipment for surgical procedures. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ivette also provides valuable assistance to patients within the office.

Sydney, in her role as Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Shafqat, brings nearly three years of experience to the team. Her responsibilities encompass the scheduling of office and hospital-based procedures, diligent collection of payments, efficient management of Dr. Shafqat’s calendar, and continuous communication with patients throughout their entire process.

Pascal, as the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Small and a valued team collaborator, has been an integral part of the company for over four years. His responsibilities include the precise scheduling of office and hospital-based procedures, meticulous collection of payments, calendar management for Dr. Small, and maintaining constant communication with patients throughout their medical journey.

Gabriella is the primary Medical Assistant for Dr. Small, contributing two years of dedicated service to the practice. In her role, she provides essential support in patient care, ensures the preparation of examination rooms, and accompanies Dr. Small to guarantee a seamless and professional patient experience. Gabriella is also proficient in Spanish which provides valuable assistance to patients within the office.

Christine has been serving the team for three years, as the Plastic Surgery Department Manager. In addition to her wealth of experience, Christine brings a solid educational foundation, holding an Associate Degree in Nursing. In this leadership position, she oversees the plastic surgery department, diligently managing all operational responsibilities in collaboration with the plastic surgeons and their staff, contributing to the seamless functioning of the department.
