What to Expect at Our Ambulatory Surgery Center
Our ambulatory surgery center is a standalone facility equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms, designed for procedures that allow you to recover comfortably at home once the anesthesia wears off.
Our center provides a professional, quiet, and calm environment, ensuring a personalized and higher quality of care in a convenient setting. After your procedure, you will typically stay in the recovery area for 1-3 hours until the anesthesia wears off and you feel ready to leave.
Before you head home with a friend or family member, we will ensure your vitals are stable and that you can walk on your own.
Can my Surgery be done at the Ambulatory Surgery Center?
Most patients can undergo their plastic surgery at our ambulatory surgery center. However, if you’ve had adverse reactions to anesthesia in the past or have significant medical issues, it may be safer to have your procedure in a hospital. We will evaluate your risk category during your consultation.
If you are generally in good health, it’s likely you can have your surgery at our ambulatory surgery center instead of a hospital. The majority of our patients are eligible for this option and prefer to recover at home, safely and without complications.
